After becoming a holistic therapist in 2022 and walking a spiritual path for many years I have since held space for people on their healing journeys and love to help people heal, grow and thrive.
Women's Circles and Innerdance are my absolute passion and I love to bring these to you regularly! Connection is everything!
I'm an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and Usui Reiki Practitioner, as well as a member of both the Angelic Reiki Association and the UK Reiki Federation.
I carry out treatments in my own home in the Whinfield Area of Darlington, to create a safe and tranquil space and for you to receive what you need.
We may be joined by my assistant and Sharon the Shaman cat, so please me mindful if you have any allergies to furry creatures!

Each individual will have a unique experience, however the common denominator are the feelings of extreme peace, relaxation, tranquillity, love, and warmth.
Crystal Healing
(includes Reiki)
During a session crystals are placed around the body, on the body and on the main chakras with the aim to remove stagnant energy from the aura, chakras and meridian lines, replacing it with positive healing energy to restore balance.
Massage
Indian Head Massage

Treatment involves massage to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, with the client remaining seated in an upright position.
Hand, Arm, Leg & Foot Massage
(£55)
Enjoy a mixture of reflexology, Korean hand acupuncture and massage techniques.
This treatment offers tremendous health benefits such as stress reduction and assists the body to cleanse itself of impurities and toxins, whilst soothing, refreshing and revitalising energy levels.
